Professional Sales Inc is a multi-faceted independent manufacturer’s representative firm specializing in the audio, fire, security and surveillance industries. We serve the Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii territory.

PSI Philosophy

This is the part where we’re supposed to get into all that philosophical stuff about our mission statement. Here’s our attempt at it.

Reps typically interview with a manufacturer along with other firms in hopes to be hired to represent their territory. The rep firm traditionally jumps through hoops to prove they are worthy to be the “chosen” company and, of course, accept the prize of the monthly commission check, (oh yeah, and the opportunity to sell great products). Through experience, we have learned that there needs to be more to the process. Understanding how the manufacturer approaches working with its reps and dealers can be a critical element. We take the time to make sure the factory is interested in partnering with the rep to give customers the best possible service and support. Taking on a manufacturer just for a paycheck can prove problematic. We can confidently say that all of the factories we work with are quality, professional companies. They stand behind their products and are dedicated to serving the customers. We are proud to represent them and proud to accept their commission checks, knowing full well that we’ve earned it!
